Urinary catheter valve

The urinary catheter valve attaches to your catheter and allows you to control the emptying of your bladder yourself, like a tap. Designed for daily use, the valve features an ergonomic design with rounded shapes for comfortable handling.

The range includes several models: KV 100 EH (lever handle, one-handed operation, red seal, ref. 300100ST), KV 100 (bayonet closure, two-handed operation, green seal, ref. 300000ST), KV 200 EH (lever handle and bayonet closure, one-handed operation, green seal, ref. 300101ST). The KV 100 and KV 200 EH models are compatible with the KP 200 (connector for urine bag, ref. 300200ST), available on its own or as a kit with the KV 200 EH (ref. 300102ST).

Description

How does a urinary catheter valve work?

Attached directly to your catheter, the valve works like a tap:

  1. when closed, it retains urine in the bladder
  2. when open, it allows drainage.

You remain in control of your bladder throughout the day, without the need for a permanent urine bag.

The Max Stäubli SA range offers several models to suit different needs. Your doctor or nurse has prescribed the model that is right for your situation.
